Climbing and Descending - Tuesday May 23rd Pleasant Ridge County Park
We want to help you have more fun on your bike and set the year up to ride with more confidence and skills out on the trails. The third skills clinic in our Spring Series will focus on climbing and descending. You will learn to climb steeper terrain, descend with more control and stability and learn to negotiate tight switchbacks, up and down! We will to anticipate and flow with the rocks, roots, steep terrain climbing or descending. We will focus on developing the proper body positions to make climbing and descending more fun. Most of all you will be have coaches trained with the Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association. Our focus will be learning in a fun environment where the goal is to take our new bike skills to the trails!
This clinic will be held at the JFA trail at Pleasant Ridge County Park Tuesday May 23rd at 5:30 to 8:00 pm. Details on meeting spot will be sent after purchase.
